- providing more than 58,000 services to small business clients
- settling $28 million in disputes through our dispute resolution service
- handling more than 4,000 commercial tenancy related enquiries.

Commenting on the results of the annual report, our CEO and Small Business Commissioner, David Eaton, said
“With our highly committed team at the SBDC, we more than rose to the challenges of COVID-19, and I’m delighted to note that we delivered more than 58,000 services to WA’s small businesses during the year.
This year we’ve focused on supporting small businesses to be flexible and adapt. We’re also providing information in new and exciting ways to meet the changing needs of the small business sector.”
