Are you running a retail business in Western Australia?

Looking to boost your business skills, but not sure where to start?

We've taken out the guesswork and curated this collection of our online workshops specifically to help you bridge the gap between in-store and online sales, and seize new e-commerce opportunities. This bundle grants you access to three of our online workshops, all of which come with a recording that you'll be able to access for 7 days.

What’s included

Choosing the Right Website Platform
12:30pm to 1:30pm, Thursday 23 April

The moment you search online for ‘how to build a website’, you’ll be hit with a flood of ads from website building platforms, all promising to have the answer. But with so much noise, how do you figure out which one is the right fit for you and your business?

In this workshop, you’ll cut through the noise and learn exactly what to look for when choosing a website platform. Whether you’re building it yourself or hiring a professional, you’ll walk away with the knowledge to make an informed decision, saving you time, money and frustration.

Designing your Customer Experience
9:30am to 12:30pm, Thursday 21 May

Every business relies on customers to survive and grow, but exceptional customer service doesn't happen by accident. It's something you design, test and continuously improve.

In this hands on workshop you will step into your customer's shoes, map their buying journey, and explore how each interaction makes them feel, from first contact through to repeat business.

Using practical tools and guided activities, you'll identify opportunities to improve communication, manage expectations, handle difficult situations with confidence, and create positive moments that encourage referrals. You'll leave the session with a clear outline of your customer service experience and a personalised action plan to apply to your business.

Connect your Online and In-Store Sales
9am to 11am, Thursday 23 June

Running a thriving retail business often means blending a bricks and mortar store with online clicks, with customers moving between multiple channels to browse, buy and stay engaged. In this workshop, you will learn how to bring the multiple touchpoints together into one seamless experience.

Discover how customer expectations are evolving, why hybrid retail is no longer optional and how to connect the dots from the street to the screen. Through practical activities and real world examples, you’ll develop a clear and personalised strategy to connect your in-store and online sales, attracting more customers and boosting revenue across both channels.
