Introduction and Welcome – 9am to 10am, Wednesday 20 March 2024
Welcome to the Propel your Business Program! In this one hour introductory session, we’ll run through what to expect from the program, introduce you to the facilitator and provide you with an opportunity to get to know your fellow participants.
Emerging Business Trends – 9am to 11am, Wednesday 27 March 2024
This session will examine emerging business trends that business operators need to understand for higher performance.
During this session, you will consider market and economic shifts, sustainability trends, pivot strategies, new technology and productivity and efficiency strategies to contextualise your operating environment.
After this session, you will be able to identify key risks and opportunities for your business in 2024 and beyond.
April
Performance (part one) – 9am to 11am, Wednesday 10 April 2024
In this session, you will identify emerging opportunities and determine strategies which will help you drive performance.
In part one, we’ll focus on improving your time management, so that you can concentrate on the areas of your business which can generate growth and profitability. You will also be given access to diagnostic tools to review your current operations and identify key areas for improvement.
Performance (part two) – 9am to 11am, Wednesday 17 April 2024
In part two, we will examine what it means to scale a business for profitable growth. During this session, we review your marketing and sales performance and discuss high performance business case studies to develop your skills.
Small Group Session – between 22 April and 3 May 2024 (times TBA)
Your interactive small group session is designed to provide peer to peer networking and learning opportunities. You’ll have the chance to reflect on the program content so far, identify any barriers to success and problem solve within your group. Each session will be capped to a maximum of 10 participants. There will be multiple dates and times available to choose from.

Boosting Profitability – 9am to 12pm, 8 May 2024
Did you know that business inefficiencies account for up to 30 per cent of a business’s operating costs?
Identifying inefficiencies in your business is vital to improving your profitability. Using a seven step process, you’ll learn how to systematically identify opportunities to reduce costs, remove waste and time inefficiencies in your business. This will allow you to analyse your business operations and implement key changes to increase your profitability.
Strategic Planning – 9am to 11pm, Wednesday 29 May 2024
Gain insights into practical and effective planning tools to help you achieve your strategic vision.
Drawing on what you have learned in the program to date, you will develop a strategic road map to guide your business operations, capitalise on opportunities for growth and/or solidify your business position.
June
Small Group Session – between 3 June and 14 June 2024 (times TBA)
Your interactive small group session is designed to provide peer to peer networking and learning opportunities. You’ll have the chance to reflect on the program content so far, identify any barriers to success and problem solve within your group. Each session will be capped to a maximum of 10 participants. Propel Wrap Up – 9am to 10am, Wednesday 19 June 2024
To close out the program, this one hour session will provide you with an opportunity to share key learnings with your fellow participants and explore the next steps for your business. You will also have an opportunity to network and identify potential opportunities for future collaboration with your fellow program participants.
