Please note, this is not refundable if an application is refused or withdrawn. You will be required to pay the fee at the end of the online application process.

Step 2

If you are selected for State nomination the Business Migration Centre will endorse and return your State nomination form (Form 1414).

Before proceeding please ensure you have read all the requirements of the 888 visa criteria at the Department of Home Affairs website, where you can also find details of all Australian migration programs.

Once you start your application, you can save it as you progress and return to it later. If you are completing the application on behalf of someone else, please ensure you save the application before submitting it so the applicant can personally complete the Applicant Declaration.

For security reasons, documents attached to unsubmitted applications may not be stored for extended periods of time. Applications should be submitted within 24 hrs of initiating the application to prevent the loss of attachments.
