Overview

Reduce inbox overwhelm, improve productivity and regain control of your email using Microsoft Outlook. In this practical half day workshop you will learn tips and techniques to help you work more efficiently, reduce time spent managing emails and stay on top of priorities.

Participants will learn how to organise and process messages effectively using proven email management techniques, including the 5 D’s of email management, conversation views, search folders and rules. The session also explores how to integrate emails with flags, tasks and calendars to ensure important actions and follow-ups are captured and completed.

By the end of the session, you’ll have the skills and confidence to organise your inbox, find messages quickly and maintain an efficient email system that supports your role rather than distracts from it.
