Overview

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok – Platforms you'll recognise, but do you know how to use them effectively to promote your business and connect with your customers?

The majority of Australians use social media regularly, making it a powerful and accessible marketing tool for small businesses. If you’re not actively engaging your audience online, you risk falling behind your competitors.

This workshop examines a range of digital marketing options, including social media, email marketing, content creation and online reviews, to help you understand what would work best for your business.

This workshop covers:

  • choosing the right social media platforms for your target audience
  • how often to post and how to stay consistent
  • an overview of key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
  • ideas and tips for creating engaging content
  • an introduction to search basics, keywords and analytics
  • email marketing fundamentals
  • mobile friendly marketing
  • understanding and managing online reviews

You'll receive a practical workbook to help you clarify your digital marketing strategy, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
