Overview:
Design thinking strategies can help you to focus on the customer perspective when developing new business concepts. In this two part workshop, you will brainstorm, explore and critique new business ideas that solve a problem or create new opportunities for a paying customer. Discover what the lean canvas model is and how you can use it to explore the commercial potential of your business concept through a business plan on a page, highlighting areas that will require validation.
This workshop will be facilitated by Dr Natasha Teakle.
